This series explores how the promotion of health equity translates into real-world prevention strategies and organizational policy by building the toolkits of practitioners and their organizations, and offering explicit examples of people putting health equity concepts into practice.

By addressing the reasons that communities have more or less resources and being intentional in the way we select and implement prevention strategies, prevention practitioners can advance health equity and prevent violence.

This web conference seeks to provide some insight into how we can make ourselves whole, build resilience with intention, and care for ourselves as an act of liberation.
